How we use your details

When you book
We collect your name, email, phone number and company to hold your seat, contact you about the bootcamp and process your refund. Your answers about your business help us prepare for the day. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card details.
People you invite
When you name people to invite, we store their name, business and the contact details you give, only to track whether your invite reached them. PitchHub does not contact them unless they ask for the details or book a seat themselves. You send each invite from your own WhatsApp, LinkedIn or email.
If you can’t make Bournemouth
When you tell us where you are, we keep your name, business name, email, phone number and address so we can let you know when we run this bootcamp near you, and to help us choose which cities to visit next. We use these details for nothing else.
Your choices
Anyone whose details are held here, including people who were invited, can ask to see or delete them by emailing hello@pitchhub.co.uk. PitchHub Ltd, Alpha Works, 21st Floor, Alpha Tower, Birmingham B1 1TT, is responsible for these details.
